Starting a Scholarship Fund
Creating a scholarship fund at The Community Foundation
of West Chester/Liberty is an easy way to provide educational opportunities
to area students while offering you the maximum charitable benefits. Donors
may establish or transfer existing scholarship funds to benefit students
at all education levels. Some donors choose to stay involved through advisory
relationships and the development of a scholarship review committee. Other
donors utilize the Foundation’s Education Committee to assist selection
process.
Either way, the Community Foundation handles the
necessary paperwork and ensures that scholarships and grants are distributed
in an equitable manner. To learn more about starting a scholarship fund
